An excellent BOH Team Member must be able to follow instructions in delivering well-prepared orders. They must be deft in moving around and apt in multi-tasking. Experience in using various ingredients and techniques is also important.
Applicant Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least 1 year of previous food preparation experience.
- The ability to adapt to a busy environment while working closely with staff.
- Familiarity with standard equipment, ingredients, and recipes. Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
- The ability to work on your feet for long shifts.
- Prepare quality dishes efficiently to fill customer orders in accordance with food safety standards.
- Adhere to health and safety standards, cleaning frequently and practicing good personal hygiene.
- Maintain the freshness of all food supplies, rotating old ones out as needed.
- Store food items at the appropriate temperatures, properly clean equipment after use.
