We are looking for a Junior Operations and Recruitment to join our team and assist with the operational aspects of our TONNIE program, as well as help with the recruitment process for new candidates.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the day-to-day operational tasks of the TONNIE program, including coordinating with our clients in Portugal and managing the housing and other logistics for our candidates.
Support the recruitment process by conducting initial screening interviews with candidates, scheduling interviews with hiring managers, and providing feedback to candidates.
Help with the relocation process of candidates, including assisting with visa applications, travel arrangements, and other logistics.
Assist with onboarding of new hires in Portugal.
Create and manage job offers and contracts.
Conduct evaluations for TONNIE and Support program participants, schedule feedback sessions with participants and partners, monitor and create action plans to minimize attrition, and handle support channels for unresolved issues.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Tourism preferred.
Proficiency in Portuguese and English.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for travel and international experiences.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
