We are seeking two Level 2 IT Support Specialists to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional problem-solving skills, incident management, and reinforcing industry best practices. The successful candidates will be instrumental in the development, testing, and deployment of changes into the production environment, along with the creation of support documentation. This role demands collaboration with our Global Delivery Centre in India to offer additional technical support (Infrastructure, DBA SQL), ensuring a seamless 24x7 operational flow.
Key Responsibilities
Support existing environments and ensure their stability.
Develop core systems, primarily focusing on Java and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), with a strong foundation in Azure cloud services and DevOps practices.
Manage on-call support for existing environments during weekends and nights, coordinating with the India-based team for continuous coverage.
Produce and maintain essential support documentation to facilitate incident resolutions and changes in the production environment.
