Tri-Wellness is a holistic wellness brand founded by Lisa Shanken — an executive functioning coach, certified health counselor, personal trainer, and yoga instructor. Our mission is to help people live healthier, more harmonious lives through a whole-person approach that connects the gut, brain, body, and daily habits. We work especially closely with neurodivergent adults and those navigating mental health challenges, meeting every client with warmth, practicality, and zero judgment.

Our core services include:

Executive Functioning Coaching: One-on-one coaching focused on skills like time management, emotional regulation, organization, and impulse control)

Social Bloom: A structured group program that helps adults build meaningful friendships and social skills in a supportive, confidential setting

Love Bloom: Neurodivergent-friendly speed dating and connection events reimagined to feel safe, low-pressure, and genuinely fun.

Content plays a direct role in filling all of these programs — and you will play a central role in ensuring their success.

Your Role

We are seeking a part-time (20 hours per week, with potential to move to full-time) mid-level Content Manager who can translate Lisa's voice, philosophy, and expertise into compelling stories across every touchpoint. You'll be the keeper of the brand to ensure that everything we publish, whether a blog post, an Instagram caption, a website page, or a weekly newsletter, feels cohesive, human, and true to who Lisa is.

Your content will serve multiple strategic goals: attracting and converting the right people into coaching clients, Social Bloom group members, and Love Bloom event attendees; building Lisa's credibility and visibility within the professional and B2B community to generate referral partnerships with therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, and other allied health professionals and communities; and supporting the recruitment of coaches to empower us to expand the Tri-Wellness model to other parts of the country.

Work Environment & Job Details

  • You have your own computer and Internet connection (this is a home-based position)
  • You must be willing to work at least 2 hours per day between 8am-6pm MST
  • Part-Time Role: 20 hours per week, with potential to move to full-time
  • We provide guaranteed 100% on-time salary payments

What You'll Do

Editorial & Storytelling

  • Own and manage the editorial calendar across all content channels
  • Write and edit blog posts and articles on topics spanning executive functioning, social skills, nutrition, fitness, gut health, mindfulness, and neurodiversity
  • Collaborate closely with Lisa to capture her authentic voice and translate her expertise into accessible, engaging content
  • Develop content series, campaigns, and storytelling frameworks that deepen audience connection and build trust with both the neurodivergent community and professional referral partners
  • Provide brand/content aligned video scripts for Lisa to create videos that support the overall content marketing strategy; light video editing as necessary

Social Media & Brand Voice

  • Manage and grow Tri-Wellness social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others as relevant)
  • Write platform-native content that reflects Lisa's warm, practical, and empowering tone
  • Develop content that speaks to multiple audiences: individuals seeking executive functioning support, adults looking to build social connections through Social Bloom, neurodivergent adults open to dating and connection through Love Bloom, and professionals in the mental health and wellness space who may either refer clients and/or join the Tri-Wellness coaching team as it expands throughout the U.S.
  • Use LinkedIn strategically to build Lisa's thought leadership presence among therapists, psychologists, social workers, special education professionals, and other allied health providers
  • Create and execute social campaigns around group enrollment windows and event registration deadlines to drive sign-ups
  • Repurpose long-form content into short-form social assets

Website Content

  • Audit, refresh, and maintain website copy to ensure it accurately reflects the brand and converts visitors into clients, group members, and referral partners
  • Write and update service pages, landing pages, and evergreen content in Lisa's voice
  • Develop content that speaks to prospective coaches interested in joining or expanding the Tri-Wellness model in their region
  • Partner with web developer to ensure content and presentation are aligned

Email Marketing

  • Create email newsletter content
  • Develop nurture sequences and campaign emails for Tri-Welness offerings, i.e. Executive Functioning Coaching, Social Bloom group enrollment, and Love Bloom events
  • Develop nurture sequences and campaign emails targeted to various audience segments, e.g. gender (male/female); mental health challenges (ADHD, neurodivergence, anxiety), etc…
  • Build and maintain a separate communication stream for professional and B2B audiences, including referral partners and prospective coaches
  • Drive list growth through thoughtful opt-in strategies and consistent value delivery

Funnel Building & Conversion

  • Own the content strategy across the full marketing funnel — from awareness to action — ensuring every piece of content has a clear role in moving the right person closer to working with Tri-Wellness
  • Develop top-of-funnel content (blog, social, lead magnets) designed to drive traffic and grow the opt-in list with qualified, mission-aligned audiences
  • Build and optimize mid-funnel nurture content that educates, builds trust, and speaks directly to the pain points and goals of each audience segment
  • Drive bottom-of-funnel conversions specific to each service: booked discovery calls for Executive Functioning Coaching and Social Bloom group enrollment, and direct ticket sales for Love Bloom events
  • Collaborate with Lisa to develop lead magnets, free resources, or gated content that attract the right people into the funnel

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of content creation, content marketing and editorial experience, ideally in wellness, mental health, and coaching
  • Proficient in leveraging AI tools to work more efficiently — while consistently preserving Lisa's human voice and never letting AI flatten the warmth or specificity that defines the brand
  • A strong writer with a warm, conversational style who can adapt across formats and audiences — from long-form editorial to professional thought leadership to conversion-driven email
  • Experience ghostwriting or writing in someone else's voice by translating brand voice into compelling content
  • Demonstrated ability to create content that drives action (sign-ups, registrations, inquiries, referrals), not just engagement
  • Genuine comfort with topics like mental health, neurodiversity, executive functioning, and holistic wellness
  • Self-directed, organized, and able to manage multiple content streams and audiences independently

Nice To Have

  • Personal or professional connection to the neurodivergent community
  • Experience marketing to or communicating with healthcare or mental health professionals
  • Basic graphic design skills for social assets (e.g., Canva)
  • Light video editing for social media video content
  • Background in health coaching, integrative nutrition, or a related field
  • Experience growing a personal brand or thought leadership platform

Why This Role

This is a chance to do meaningful work that genuinely helps people. You'll have real creative ownership across every content channel, a close working relationship with Lisa, and the opportunity to shape a brand that has both heart and depth — one that's growing its reach, not just with individual clients, but within the broader professional wellness community nationwide.

If this describes you - and you possess the skills sets we are seeking - then we'd love to have you on board with us!
