Data entry and payment processing of contracts
Back-up for warranty registrations and rebates
Clerical duties will include scanning, filing, and coping
Good phone skills required
Assist with other accounting work as assigned
Assists in the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures related to the accounting department and its staff
Daily / weekly status reports for management
Undertaking special projects as needed
Minimum 2+ years accounting and clerical/office management experience
Demonstrates strong analytical and problem solving skills
Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; looks for ways to improve and promote quality and efficiency.
Ability to work in a team environment
Self-motivated, pro-active, & decisive
Ability to multi task
Detail oriented and organizational skills required
Intermediate Excel skills required; understand filters, formulas, sum-ifs
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
MAS 200 working knowledge is big plus
Hours are 8-5 pm daily, overtime as needed
