We are seeking a versatile **AI & Automation Engineer** to be the technical engine of our company. You will work directly with leadership to design and implement a wide range of automation solutions, primarily using the low-code platform **n8n**, but with the freedom to write custom code when needed. You won't just be executing tasks; you'll be our go-to expert for figuring out *how* to connect systems, integrate AI, and build the automated infrastructure that runs our business.

### **🎯 Key Responsibilities (What You'll Do)**
* **Designing & Building Workflows:** Architect, build, and maintain complex, multi-step workflows in n8n to automate our core business processes.
* **AI Integration:** Leverage AI models (like GPT-4 via API) within your workflows to handle tasks like data analysis, text parsing, decision-making, and even generating code snippets.
* **Custom Coding:** Write custom Python or Javascript code to create custom n8n nodes or handle complex logic when n8n's native capabilities aren't enough.
* **API Integration:** Connect and sync data between various platforms, including CRMs, booking platforms, financial software, and internal databases (e.g., WhatsApp, booking platforms, accounting software).
* **Operational Automation:** Develop robust solutions for our Short-Term Rental (STR) business, including booking workflows, dynamic pricing models, cleaner dispatching, and automated guest messaging.
* **Data Management & Warehousing:** Create and manage automated pipelines that pull data from various sources into our central data warehouse.
* **Problem-Solving & R&D:** Act as our technical researcher, exploring new AI tools, APIs, and software to find the best solutions for our business challenges.
* **Collaboration:** Work closely with a non-technical manager to understand project requirements and clearly explain your proposed technical solutions and their benefits.

### **✅ Qualifications (What You'll Bring)**
* **Must-Have Technical Skills:**
* **Strong experience with n8n** (or a similar advanced automation platform like Zapier, Make/Integromat, but n8n is highly preferred).
* **Proficiency in Python or Javascript.** You must be able to write scripts to handle data transformation and API calls.
* **Deep understanding of APIs.** You should be comfortable reading API documentation and integrating new services.
* **A "Figure-It-Out" Mindset:** This is the most important qualification. You are resourceful, love learning, and can independently find solutions to new and complex problems.
* **AI Practical Experience:** Hands-on experience integrating with OpenAI (GPT) or other LLM APIs within a project.
* **Excellent Communication:** You must be able to explain complex technical ideas simply and clearly to non-technical team members.
* **Logical & Structured Thinking:** A strong ability to break down a large business problem into smaller, logical, automatable steps.

* Experience in the Short-Term Rental (STR), real estate, or hospitality industry.
* Experience with data scraping tools (e.g., Apify, Scrapy) for projects like competitor pricing analysis.
