This is a dual role. You will be responsible for the following:
**Executive Assistant Duties:**
* **Master of Organization:** Flawlessly manage email and calendars for the executive team, ensuring meetings, deadlines, and communications are prioritized and perfectly organized.
* **Financial Gatekeeper:** Handle credit card disputes, meticulously track expenses, and assist with financial reporting to ensure accuracy.
* **Strategic Support:** Conduct thorough research on products, services, or special projects to support key business decisions. Handle purchasing and sales of items as needed, always securing the best value.
* **Seamless Coordination:** Coordinate events, meetings, and tasks across multiple departments, ensuring smooth execution and clear communication for everyone involved.
* **Digital Librarian:** Maintain a pristine organization of files, documents, and digital assets for quick and easy retrieval.
* **Process Champion:** Strictly follow SOPs and company guidelines for all administrative processes to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance.
**Long-Term Rental (LTR) Management Duties:**
* **Property Operations:** Ensure timely rent collection, track payments, and professionally manage any delinquent accounts.
* **Maintenance Coordination:** Act as the primary point of contact for tenant maintenance requests, efficiently coordinating repairs with our network of trusted vendors.
* **Tenant Relations:** Provide outstanding customer service to our tenants, answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
* **Application Processing:** Manage the entire tenant application process, from verifying information to facilitating background checks and ensuring we place highly qualified tenants.
* **Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate and detailed records of all tenant interactions, payments, and maintenance history within our property management system.
