What we need:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a non-negotiable requirement.
• Strong "Punch" skills: Drywall, paint match, LVP flooring repair, smart locks, and general troubleshooting.
• Willingness to assist with turnovers (stripping linens/trash) during crunch time.
• EPA Certification is a plus, but not required.
