Job Description:

 

We are seeking a dynamic manager to oversee our short-term rental and long-term rental business, specializing in Airbnb properties. This role requires a well-rounded individual with a proactive attitude and the ability to manage both remote and onsite teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Oversee daily operations of our short-term and long-term rental business, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and manage both onsite and remote team members, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Guest Communication: Provide outstanding communication with guests and tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Quality Assurance: Initiate and manage ad hoc tasks aimed at maintaining or enhancing quality standards across all properties.
  • Business Development:
    • Growth Initiatives: Identify opportunities for business expansion through innovative initiatives and product offerings.
    • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to uncover new opportunities and analyze competitive dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Project Management:
    • Maintenance Oversight: Develop and manage a punch list for maintenance tasks during tenant move-ins and move-outs.
    • Supply Coordination: Oversee the procurement of supplies from vendors like Home Depot or Lowe's for maintenance needs.
  • Decision-Making: Make final decisions on key operational matters, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Problem Solving: Engage in creative problem-solving to help team members overcome roadblocks. Demonstrate the ability to make decisions that benefit both the organization and its people whenever challenges arise.

Qualifications:

  • Location Requirement: Must be based in Atlanta, GA.
  • Leadership Experience: Minimum of 5 years in hospitality management or property management, with experience in both remote and onsite environments.
  • Customer Focus: A positive, customer-service-oriented attitude is essential.
  • Technical Proficiency: Must be tech-savvy and responsive to communication across various platforms.
  • Results-Oriented: Proven ability to execute solutions effectively and deliver measurable results.
