Title: Senior Housekeeper
Location: Atlanta, GA
Job Type: Full-Time
Hourly Rate: $25 - $35 per hour
Rest Days: Wednesday and Thursday
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform meticulous, high-quality cleaning and turnovers for luxury vacation rental properties, adhering to a strict 5-hour turnaround window, especially during peak check-out/check-in periods (primarily Fridays and Sundays).
- Be responsible for cleaning 1-2 properties personally during peak synchronized turnover times.
- Execute deep cleaning tasks on a rotating schedule for all properties during off-peak days.
- Manage and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, guest amenities, and linens. Report needs and assist with placing orders.
- Perform light maintenance tasks such as changing lightbulbs, air filters, unclogging simple drains, and reporting larger maintenance issues promptly.
- Conduct regular property audits to check for cleanliness, damage, wear and tear, and missing items.
- Ensure all properties are impeccably presented and guest-ready before check-in.
- Potentially assist with training new cleaning contractors on our specific standards and procedures (depending on experience and business needs).
- Follow and maintain detailed cleaning checklists and protocols.
Qualifications:
- Proven, extensive professional cleaning experience, preferably in hospitality, vacation rentals, or high-end residential.
- Demonstrated ability to clean efficiently and meticulously within a time constraint.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills for minor maintenance issues.
- Physical ability to perform strenuous cleaning tasks for extended periods (bending, lifting, carrying supplies, standing).
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required, as travel between properties is necessary.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends (specifically Fridays and Sundays are essential).
- Excellent communication skills (verbal) and ability to follow written instructions.
- Preferred but not required: Fluent in Spanish
