Job Title: Virtual Remote Process Engineer
Location: 100% Remote (Candidates must be based in the Philippines)
About Us:
We are a US-based property management company operating with a deep commitment to Continuous Improvement and Lean principles, modeled after the Toyota Production System. We have a robust, Moodle-based training curriculum (including Gemba content) that forms the backbone of our operations. We are looking for a dedicated specialist to become an expert in our systems and facilitate our CI initiatives across the company.
The Role:
This is a full-time, home-based virtual position. We are seeking a Virtual Remote Process Engineer to immerse themselves in our established Lean training program and then drive the implementation of these principles throughout our maintenance operations.
Your first task will be to complete our proprietary Moodle training to fully understand our methodology. You will then work closely with our on-site team to document processes, facilitate improvement projects (Kaizen events), and manage the data within our NocoDB operational dashboard.
This is a hands-on, non-managerial role for a highly organized individual who excels at learning established systems and then executing with precision. You are the facilitator who keeps our improvement engine running.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Onboarding: Complete our Moodle-based Lean/TPS training curriculum within the first 30-60 days to achieve full operational understanding.
- Process Facilitation: Partner with our on-site team to document current processes ("as-is" states) and facilitate virtual Kaizen events to design and implement improved future states.
- SOP Management: Create, maintain, and own our digital library of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring all documented processes align with our Lean principles.
- NocoDB Administration: Serve as the primary administrator for our NocoDB operational dashboard, translating process improvements into functional and efficient digital workflows.
- Performance Tracking: Utilize our systems to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to our CI initiatives, preparing reports that show the impact of our improvements.
- Project Coordination: Manage the project plans for various Kaizen blitzes and other CI projects, ensuring tasks are tracked and completed.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply new, complex systems and concepts. Your cover letter should highlight an example of this.
- Expert-level experience with low-code/no-code database platforms (Airtable, NocoDB, SmartSuite, etc.) is mandatory. This is the primary technical tool for the role.
- Experience in a role requiring process documentation, project coordination, or systems administration.
- A natural curiosity and a methodical, process-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional written English skills are essential for creating clear documentation.
- Highly disciplined and able to thrive in a structured, remote learning and working environment.
- While direct Lean/TPS experience is not required (as we will provide the training), any familiarity with these concepts is a significant advantage.
