We are looking for an organized and efficient Executive/Personal Assistant to support the day-to-day of our dynamic CEO and Founder. You will need to act proactively and in some cases without guidance, while understanding the needs and characteristics of people with whom you work with.

Requirements
Note that you will work from home about 50% of the time, so easy access to a reliable computer, transportation, phone, and internet is a must. Apple is a partner, so we're a very mac-friendly company, though we accept PC-people too.
The other 50% of the time is mobile errand work, or working from the CEO’s home in Pasadena alongside additional staff, so reliable transportation is key.
