Overview: Tutor Doctor is seeking a dedicated ESOL Tutor to join our team. The ideal candidate will work within local businesses, providing essential training to staff members in basic English. This role requires expertise in delivering ESOL courses at all levels. Additionally, candidates should possess the ability to adapt their sessions to the needs of the business. The successful candidate will uphold Tutor Doctor's core values while delivering high-quality training sessions.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver ESOL sessions to learners in their place of work.
- Develop work specific language along with social language skills.
- Work collaboratively with Tutor Doctor and the business to ensure tailored delivery, based on the needs identified within the business.
- Demonstrate Tutor Doctor's core values throughout all interactions and training sessions.
Essential Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and a sociable manner
- The ability to manage a small group of adults
- Reliable transportation to travel to schools across Doncaster.
- Proficiency in delivering ESOL courses.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality training sessions in line with Tutor Doctor's standards.
Additional Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS Certificate
All successful applicants will undergo a full reference check and will need to hold an Enhanced DBS. We can facilitate the Enhanced DBS, if required.
