We are looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence, foster our growing community, and tell the story of our science in a way that resonates across all social platforms.
The Role
As our Social Media Manager, you will be the voice of U Beauty. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing a cohesive social strategy that aligns with our brand’s minimalist aesthetic and high-performance DNA. You are a storyteller who can take complex skin science and turn it into engaging, "scroll-stopping" content.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a monthly social media calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook.
- Produce high-quality, on-brand assets (short-form video/Reels/TikToks, photography, and copy) that highlight our products, SIREN technology, and founder’s vision.
- Engage with our audience daily, responding to comments, DMs, and mentions to build brand loyalty and a "customer-first" culture.
- Stay ahead of beauty industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and viral opportunities to keep U Beauty at the forefront of the conversation.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion) to optimize future content and strategy.
- Partner with the Marketing and PR teams to support product launches, influencer campaigns, and brand partnerships.
Who You Are
- You live and breathe skincare.
- You have 1–4 years of experience managing social media for a luxury, beauty, or wellness brand.
- You have a sharp eye for aesthetic
- You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- You can translate technical clinical data into digestible, consumer-friendly content.
