As the first point of contact for our visitors and clients, the receptionist plays a key role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. You will be responsible for managing front desk operations, answering calls, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, clients, and staff with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for office staff.
- Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it’s clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Monitor and manage office supplies inventory.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Support other departments as needed with various office-related tasks.
Qualifications:
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
