Who We Are

U+ is a global digital product development company with 11 years of experience and a 85-person strong in-house team.  We have the skills, experience that built two corporate innovation labs, exited 3 companies, invested in 140+ startups and generated over $1B in market value. Through our experience, we have developed a methodology that helps de-risk innovation and product launches that is customer led and based on rapid iteration.  The purpose of our approach is to find the truth about where a digital product fits in the market, if it does at all, and what to do about it.  Our clients are based in the US, Europe and UAE, and we support them with a multinational workforce comprised of designers, product leads, commercialization leads and software engineers.    

What will you do

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research in various market segments related to the digital products that we develop
• Interview product users, customers, subject matter experts in order to gather insights
• Interpret findings, generate insights, present your analysis to the team and to clients
• Work closely with product leads, commercialization leads, designers and developers towards the success of your product and project
• Learn all about the U+ methodology and how we create, validate, test, develop and scale digital products
• Execute on different research methods
• Facilitate meetings and workshops

• You are curious and have strong analytical skills, both in terms of quantitative data and ability to draw insights from qualitative research
• You thrive in fast paced environments, you are proactive and you are confident enough to ask for help and support from your teammates when stuck
• You are familiar with the area of digital product development
