Through our experience, we have developed a methodology that helps de-risk innovation and product launches that is customer led and based on rapid iteration. The purpose of our approach is to find the truth about where a digital product fits in the market, if it does at all, and what to do about it. Our clients are based in the US, Europe and UAE, and we support them with a multinational workforce of designers, product leads, commercialization leads and software engineers.
Objectives of the Role
- Drive all revenue generating activities at U+.
- Ensure performance, strategy, and alignment of the company’s RevOps team.
- Manage the sales team to drive business growth across all customer segments, and lead the marketing department for improving strategy.
- Help maximize reach and efficiency by adding new, scalable partners.
- Monitor the revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary for sustainable growth
Management Consulting Experience:
- Proven track record in a management consulting firm.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, problem-solving, and organizational change.
- Experience in advising clients across diverse industries, with a focus on delivering actionable insights and tangible outcomes.
- Skilled in data analysis, market research, and preparing compelling presentations.
Passion/Experience in Tech Startups and Startup Ecosystem:
- Strong passion for technology and innovation, ideally with direct involvement in a tech startup.
- Understanding of the startup landscape, including key players, trends, and funding mechanisms.
- Experience in working with early-stage companies, either in an advisory capacity or as part of a startup team.
- Networking skills with a broad connection base in the startup ecosystem, including venture capitalists, accelerators, and incubators.
Business Development and Sales Abilities:
- Proven ability in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Skilled in crafting and executing effective sales strategies.
- Skilled in crafting proposals.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Experience in managing and growing client relationships.
- Strong negotiation skills, with a history of successful contract negotiations and partnerships.
Ability to Close Business and Deliver on Projects:
- Demonstrated capability in not just winning new business but also ensuring successful project execution.
- Experience in project management, balancing multiple client demands and project timelines.
- Ability to lead teams in delivering high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines.
- Track record of maintaining client satisfaction while managing business development tasks.
