Mid/Senior UX Designer at U+

We are looking for people who strive to design products people love to use. We are a remote first venture building studio with more than $1B in value created for clients and 23 nationalities. 

About you

• You have demonstrative experience in the whole design process (research, ideation, prototyping, iterating with users, handover to dev and as we all know repeat this as many times as needed )
• You are fluent in Figma
• You are able to communicate your work concisely and effectively 
• You are obsessed with user centric methodologies
• You have at least 2 years experience designing digital products
• You know what requires smooth handover process and worked within a team already
• You are hungry to learn and happy to pass the knowledge

On a typical day, you will..

• Quickly iterate over your design concepts
• Be part of discussions how to improve business, designs, and handover with your multidisciplinary team and stakeholders
• Receive/provide feedback on design work that has been created
• Talk with users to understand more the context of your work and more importantly theirs

The ability to think without limits, agile development and rapid prototyping give us the possibility to develop startups and work with corporates to innovate their product ideas.
