With us, you will get to work with a wide variety of clients, primarily US based organizations and start ups.  

We are looking for a Business and Product Lead to help us deliver digital products to our clients. If you are a product expert either in Fintech, Automotive, Retail or Real Estate domain we want you!

What you will do:

• Work closely with clients to shape and deliver digital products
• Own and drive vision, goals, strategy and roadmaps
• Conducting business research for clients and validation
• Collaboration between the business, strategy, experience design and technology to ensure a clear understanding of the product
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
• Integrate product analysis and market insights into product requirements, roadmaps, and strategies
• Drive client facing meetings to find solutions and execution strategies
• Collaborate with our Scrum Master to build a product and sprint backlog
• Prioritize the product backlog

Who you are:

• You have experience with product development
• You love learning and building new things
• You’re biased towards action and driving impact
• You have strong analytical and systems-thinking skills
• You have a deep understanding of products, marketing, and the customer lifecycle, and can use this to analyze growth opportunities and develop impactful strategies
• You have experience in building and shipping digital products together with teams of designers and developers resulting in significant business impact.
• You have excellent client facing presentation skills
