Who We Are

U+ is a global digital product development company with 14 years of experience and a 85-person strong in-house team.  We have the skills, experience that built two corporate innovation labs, exited 3 companies, invested in 140+ startups and generated over $1B in market value. Through our experience, we have developed a methodology that helps de-risk innovation and product launches that is customer led and based on rapid iteration.  The purpose of our approach is to find the truth about where a digital product fits in the market, if it does at all, and what to do about it.  Our clients are based in the US, Europe and UAE, and we support them with a multinational workforce of designers, product leads, commercialization leads and software engineers.    

What will you do

• Organize various sales and marketing campaigns. These might range from Google ads to following up with people we met at conferences. 
• Put together customized proposals based on the needs of our prospects. 
• Ensure that our numerous revops initiatives are being done on time and are up to our standards.
• Join sales calls, take notes, and ensure that the important pieces are included in any follow ups.
• Ensure that we are ready for every sales call. This includes doing research on each prospect and equipping our sales team with the right information.

• You thrive in fast paced environments, you are proactive and you are confident enough to ask for help and support from your teammates when stuck
• You are familiar with the area of digital product development
