Data Entry Clerk Skills :
One (1) to two plus (2+) years of experience with: Scanner/Email/Saving documents to PDF
Basic to Intermediate Excel (i.e. Sort, filter, type in comments)
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly
Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing job priorities
Good organizational skills and ability for keen attention to details
College/University or equivalent work experience (preferred)
Data Entry Clerk Responsibilities:
Preparing and sorting documents for data entry
Entering data into database software, and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted
Convert multiple files a day from an unstructured to a structured format
Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
Follow-up on missing information
