Local Insurance Broker is looking for a Customer Service Agent.

Candidates should be self motivated and hardworking. We are a busy agency and in search of a candidate that can easily adapt to changes and multi-task with various computer systems and software.

As a Customer Service Agent you will develop customized consumer insurance solutions and help maintain our reputation as the industry's most respected provider of insurance.

Position functions including not limited to:

• Service of existing policy holders
• Build and maintain respectful relationships with customers, referral partners, and vendors
• Make the customer's needs a priority
• Presenting quotes to customers in person and over the phone and discuss the benefits of the policies.
• Delivering quotes verbally, electronically, and in person.
• Binding new policies
• Follow up with underwriting requirements

Desired Qualifications:

• An understanding of the value of Attendance, Honesty, and Attitude
• Can learn multiple computer systems and software easily
• Willing to put in 45-48 hours per week (yes overtime IS PAID)
• Ability to think critically and problem solve
• Professional behavior and appearance
• Good interpersonal skills, customer service and time management
• Self motivated and resourceful
• Team player with strong work ethic
• Willing to learn new things daily
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to achieve goals and exceed expectations
• An understanding of how ongoing activity makes things happen
• 1-3 years of related work experience Retail, Sales, Customer Service, call center or Banking
• Be able to obtain Washington State Property and Casualty Insurance license.
• If you have experience in the following industries: call centers, banking, cellphone sales & service, furniture sales, car sales, Appliances, auto service writers, or any retail sales & service. Your resume is highly welcomed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
