RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take direct lead and control of external compilation and assurance engagements, ensuring they are properly planned, staffed and executed
- Manage client accounts including billing, fee analysis and new service development
- Review the work of junior staff, assist in their career development through constructive feedback and guidance
- Assist in the development of assurance planning strategies and supervise their implementation
- Be a firm leader in assurance standards and reporting requirements

QUALIFICATIONS
- Five plus years of current and/or recent financial statement audit experience within a Canadian CPA firm
- Advanced working knowledge of Canadian ASPE and NPO Accounting Standards and related technical literature
- A proven track record of leading teams and garnering the respect of colleagues
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral, required
- A can-do attitude and commitment to excellence
