Responsibilities
- Implement and configure SAP S/4HANA Service Management to Support Service Order Processing.
- Manage Service Contracts, Service Orders, Quotations, and Billing within the Service Module.
- Integrate Service Processes with Logistics, Warranty Management, advance return management and EAM.
- Set up and optimize In-House Repair Processes for serialized and non-serialized materials.
- Ensure smooth customer interaction workflows, including SAP Fiori apps for service execution.
- Work on pricing, billing, and settlement of service transactions within SAP.
