Role Responsibilities for SAP CAR
• Looking for SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR) Consultant with around 8-10 years of SAP S/4HANA Retail Implementation and Support experience.This person also needs to be able to lead large teams
• Should have exposure to Project Management, Resource allocation, define strategy & approach for project execution
• Personal with knowledge of SAP Fashion and Vertical and Retail cloud
• Ability to drive workshops, manage client expectations, manage estimations, maintain project risks, issues matrices.
• Ability to conduct requirement gathering meetings and lead workshops
• Drive High Level and detailed design discussions
• Exposure to S/4 Road Map, Best Practices and Industry knowledge
• Individual should have min 2 end to end Implementation experience (Scope, Design, Build & Test phases).
• Individual should have CAR POSDTA expertise in functionality and configuration. Also, must be familiar with other modules such as Omnichannel Article Availability, Omnichannel Promotion Pricing, On-Shelf Availability, Unified Demand Forecast and Demand Data Foundation (PMR a bonus)
• Creation of Functional specifications and Configuration documents required.
• Individual should be strong with TLOG mappings to CAR.
• Required experience in Unit and SIT Test Case creation
-Testing tools experience a plus
• Ability to work with technical consultants to design, build and realize Custom developments (RICEFW)
• Perform Root Cause Analysis and work with Cross Module teams for resolution
-Experience with inventory postings, FI postings required.
• Familiarity in IDoc process (inbound and Outbound)
• Articles and pricing outbound experience
• Candidate should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment
• Ability to work under pressure and handle crunched timelines
• Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork
• Must be able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team; and foster the development of high-performance teams and interface with all levels of the organization.
