Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Provide information about Vibes & Verbs’ services, pricing, and promotions to potential and existing clients.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Assist with scheduling appointments, managing client accounts, and processing orders.
• Follow up on customer inquiries that were not immediately resolved and ensure they are addressed promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and provide a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous phone manner.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
