The Production Assistant will help ensure the smooth execution of projects by providing hands-on support to the production team and assisting with various administrative and logistical tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the production team with daily tasks, including preparing project materials, organizing schedules, and maintaining timelines.
- Support the coordination and logistics of content production, including written materials, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Help track project progress, ensuring that deadlines are met and that all team members have the resources they need.
- Assist with the preparation of production reports, schedules, and project updates.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth communication between departments and external vendors.
- Organize and manage production-related files, databases, and documentation.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent..
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of production processes and project management is a plus.
