About the Position
We are looking for a Creative Designer to join 377 Design Estudio. This is a full-time position with flexible hours, offered on a remote/hybrid basis depending on your location, with an immediate start. As a Creative Designer, you will be responsible for bringing powerful ideas to life through exceptional visual execution. You should be proactive, possess a refined aesthetic sense, and have strong technical skills to conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality visual materials.
Responsibilities and Activities
- Develop original visual concepts and graphic identity systems from scratch.
- Design UI/UX interfaces using Figma.
- Create digital campaign assets, social media visuals, and presentation materials.
- Collaborate with creative teams, account managers, and strategists to ensure cohesive branding.
- Contribute aesthetic vision to branding processes and art direction.
- Produce both static and animated design materials.
Requirements
- A portfolio that showcases vision, execution, and creative thinking.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong conceptualization skills and visual direction capability.
- Strategic design thinking with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience with animation software.
