[Key Responsibilities
• Outbound Prospecting: Conduct multichannel outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
to generate leads and drive meetings with key decision-makers within the e-
commerce and retail sectors.
• Lead Qualification: Schedule 2–3 qualified meetings per week with senior-level
decision-makers (C-suite and Z-level) at mid-market and enterprise companies in
the U.S.
• CRM Management: Maintain detailed records of outreach, follow-ups, and
meetings in HubSpot CRM and Aircall to ensure accurate tracking and pipeline
management.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to refine messaging and optimize
outreach strategies, ensuring the highest quality leads are generated.
• High-Volume Outreach: Manage a high volume of outreach, aiming for
approximately 50 calls per day, while ensuring quality engagement and follow-ups.
Requirements
• Fluent English: Native-level or equivalent proficiency required, with strong written
and verbal communication skills.
• B2B Outbound Sales Experience: Proven experience in outbound sales or meeting
generation, ideally targeting U.S. companies from LATAM.
• Enterprise Sales Background: Experience working with mid-market or enterprise-
level clients, especially in e-commerce or retail industries, is highly preferred.
• High Activity Levels: Comfortable managing a high volume of outreach with a
target of ~50 calls per day.
• U.S. Business Hours: Must be comfortable working full-time (8-hour workday) in
U.S. time zones, preferably PST.
• CRM Familiarity: Experience using sales tools such as HubSpot CRM, Aircall, or
similar platforms.
