Job Summary:

Wadley Donovan Gutshaw Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Associate to support our consulting projects through accurate and timely data input, verification, and management. The ideal candidate will contribute to the integrity and accuracy of client and internal databases that drive our analysis and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in spreadsheets, databases, and proprietary systems.

Review data for completeness and correctness, resolving inconsistencies where necessary.

Support consultants and project teams by organizing and formatting economic, demographic, and industry-specific data.

Perform quality control checks to ensure the accuracy of reports and research deliverables.

Assist with compiling client-ready documents, charts, and tables.

Maintain confidentiality and data security in line with company policy.

Help with ad hoc research and data analysis tasks as assigned.

Ensure data is organized for easy retrieval and audit purposes.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or related field preferred.

Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or research roles is a plus.

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.

High attention to detail, with the ability to identify errors and inconsistencies.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Interest in data analysis, economic development, or consulting is a plus.

Working Conditions:

Office-based, remote, or hybrid depending on location and role requirements.

May involve prolonged periods of sitting and computer use.
