Responsibilities:  

  • Collaborate with the leadership team to design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs tailored for customer-facing departments.
  • Partner with the Customer Experience Manager to identify and address training needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions through regular team meetings, combining theoretical and practical approaches to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Facilitate hands-on training for new hires using LMS platforms, mock call scenarios, and live ticket handling to build confidence and proficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to create and update LMS content that reflects new product features and functionalities.
  • Provide targeted training support for employees on Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), focusing on skill enhancement and performance optimization.

Skills & Qualifications:  

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing effective training programs for customer-facing teams, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate closely with leadership and Customer Experience managers to identify training needs
  • Expertise in delivering engaging and interactive training materials through various methods, including virtual and in-person meetings, LMS platforms, and hands-on sessions.
  • Extensive experience conducting mock calls and training employees on new features
  • Background in adult education, with a focus on creating learner-centric training approaches
