About You
We are looking for an experienced and visionary Director, Creative Services, to lead and shape the creative direction of our brand and creative services, ensuring a cohesive visual identity across all marketing and product materials. This is a player-coach role, meaning you will mentor and guide an internal creative team while also producing high-quality designs and assets. You will establish an internal design agency that not only serves our company but also helps design websites for our customers. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, hands-on leader, and passionate about design and brand storytelling.

Innovation & Adaptability — A passion for staying ahead of industry trends, emerging design technologies, and AI-driven tools to optimize creative processes.
People & Project Management — Experience managing and mentoring high-performing teams while effectively handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all creative initiatives, ensuring high-quality execution across digital, social, print, video, and website design.
- Develop and implement brand guidelines and creative strategies that align with company goals.
- Manage and mentor a team of creatives, fostering a hands-on, collaborative, and high-performance culture.
- Provide strategic direction in developing a high-volume customer website design service while ensuring brand consistency, quality, and alignment with overall business objectives.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to create engaging campaigns and content that drive brand awareness and conversions.
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and AI advancements to enhance creative workflows.
- Ensure that all creative work aligns with business objectives, target audience needs, and industry best practices.
- Manage creative budgets, allocate resources effectively, and oversee timelines to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Present creative concepts to leadership and key stakeholders, gathering feedback and refining strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in creative roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, digital and print design, and multimedia campaigns.
- Proven track record driving engagement, increasing conversions and boosting revenue through iterative design and testing.
- Experience managing an internal creative team, preferably including designers, videographers, and web developers.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale creative initiatives and high-volume design workflows.
- Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other creative tools.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices in website design.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects, shifting priorities, and high-volume creative workflows.
- Experience working with AI-driven automation and design tools such as Adobe Firefly, DALL-E 3, Runway ML, Jasper Art, and Designify.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance creative vision with business objectives and data-driven insights.
