We’re looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our fast-growing SaaS team and help shape the future of our workplace!

Responsibilities:
- Create and post job advertisements, conduct candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and background and reference checks.
- Meet with hiring managers to develop ideal candidate profiles, skills assessments, screening questionnaires, etc., to ensure appropriate recruitment-related evaluations are established and maintained.
- Develop and maintain recruitment-related initiatives aimed at improving candidate experience, including set up and facilitation of candidate surveys, management of Glassdoor account, etc.
- Strategize with the HR team to develop, recommend, and implement improvements in the recruitment process aimed at improving key recruitment-related metrics, e.g., decreasing time to hire.
- Collaborate with department managers to establish employee onboarding requirements and timelines for each role within the organization.
- Organize and facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding, including preparing new hire documents, requesting credentials for role-specific access, enrolling new employees in applicable courses within LMS, etc.
- Collaborate with the Business Operations & Product Training teams to streamline employee onboarding, ensuring applicable course creation in LMS.
- Develop and implement best practices for employee onboarding.
- Track and monitor probationary periods and ensure documentation and next steps are taken promptly, e.g., offboarding or congratulatory communication.
- Be an independent, confidential resource for employees on issues in support of an effective and positive work environment by responding to employee questions and concerns in a supportive and timely fashion.
- Other HR-related tasks as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in a SaaS or tech company
- Experience conducting HR orientations and onboarding new employees, both in-office and virtually
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities, shifting priorities as needs arise
- Knowledgeable and up to date with employment laws and HR best practices
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Experience with HRIS and ATS platforms (e.g., BambooHR, GoHire)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Confluence)
