About the Role:

 

Are you ready to build your marketing career with a role that blends events, digital campaigns, and creative projects? We’re looking for a Marketing & Events Coordinator who thrives on variety, is highly organized, and loves making sure nothing falls through the cracks. 

 

In this role, you’ll play a key part in bringing our brand to life at trade shows and partner events, while also supporting digital campaigns, content updates, and social media engagement. You’ll work across teams—events, creative, content, and sales—giving you visibility into every corner of the marketing engine. If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and excited to grow your skills across multiple areas of marketing, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do: 

 

Event & Trade Show Coordination 

  • Plan and manage logistics for trade shows and partner events, ensuring deadlines, forms, and organizer requirements are met. 
  • Coordinate travel, hotel bookings, briefing materials, and staffing schedules for event teams. 
  • Oversee swag, printed collateral, shipping, and booth materials—tracking usage and inventory across events. 
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure creative, campaign, swag, and print deliverables are completed on time. 
  • Act as the point of contact for organizer communications, updating stakeholders on requirements and changes. 
  • Support post-event wrap-up, including shipments, expense tracking, and managing event debriefs and feedback. 

Marketing Operations & Content Support 

  • Maintain shared libraries of decks, one-pagers, and creative assets. 
  • Make updates to websites and landing pages in our CMS. 
  • Support campaign execution in Salesforce (lists, tagging, simple segments). 
  • Build clean reports that track campaign, social, and event performance. 

Social Media Monitoring 

  • Schedule and publish approved posts in Sprout. 
  • Monitor and respond to engagement (comments, DMs) using our brand voice. 
  • Flag notable trends, feedback, or questions for the broader team. 

Office Administration 

  • Provide general office administrative support, including but not limited to, office shipments and vendor coordination, staff event planning, supply orders and guest coordination. 

Tools You’ll Use 

  • Salesforce – lead management, campaigns, reporting 
  • Sprout Social – scheduling, monitoring, responding, reporting 
  • Jira & Confluence – project management and deliverable tracking 
  • Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams) – documents, presentations, collaboration 
  • WordPress & Instapage – website and landing page updates 
  • Canva & Midjourney – content creation and design support 
  • AI tools – generative AI for copy, visuals, and workflow acceleration 
  • Social Media Platforms – familiarity with all major channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) 

Qualifications: 

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, events, or operations. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, WordPress, social media tools, and AI platforms. 
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Sprout Social, Jira, and Confluence a plus. 
  • Experience at a SaaS company preferred. 
  • Interest in fitness & wellness is a plus.
