About You:    

   

Our ideal candidate is both technical and strategic: confident building complex campaigns in a marketing automation system as well as developing strategy, writing creative briefs, and seeing campaigns through to execution, analysis, and optimization.  If you live in that rare sector of the Venn diagram, where strategic meets technical, creative meets analytical, and organized meets agile, then we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:  

  • Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns to drive demo requests and/or cross-sell/upsell additional services to drive engagement among existing customers to increase customer lifetime value.
  • Utilize our marketing automation platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) to set up emails and campaigns educate, engage, and convert leads and customers creating end-to-end lifecycle marketing campaigns: from strategy and building to reporting, analysis, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership to identify market opportunities and drive brand engagement.
  • Work closely with Product and Customer Success teams to present the right messaging at the right time in the customer journey to maximize engagement and retention.
  • Write creative briefs and manage production workflow to execute strategy.
  • Monitor data trends and report on areas of opportunities to Director of Marketing.

 

Skills & Qualifications:  

  • 3-5 years of experience in email and lifecycle marketing
  • Expertise using marketing automation platforms such as Hubspot, Marketo, Salesforce pardot
  • Comfortable working with HTML and CSS to create new or update existing campaigns.
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Technical field or related
  • Experience with B2B email marketing creation and strategies
  • Experience in a SaaS environment is a strong asset
  • Experience with experimental marketing with a proven track record of performing A/B tests, translating data, and optimizing channel effectiveness
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with multiple departments to reach common goals and objectives
  • Strong analytical skills with an enthusiasm for problem-solving
