Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle, including proactive prospecting, conducting discovery calls, and delivering compelling online product demonstrations to drive conversions.
- Build and manage strong outbound sales pipeline, proactively identifying and engaging potential customers through cold outreach, targeted prospecting, and strategic follow-ups.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations, showcasing how WellnessLiving's software solves customer challenges and adds value to their business.
- Conduct discovers calls to understand prospects business needs, pain points, and goals, effectively qualifying opportunities to sell WellnessLiving software and demonstrate our value proposition.
- Leverage a consultative sales approach, positioning WellnessLiving as the best solution by aligning features and benefits with customer needs.
- Communicate the value of WellnessLiving's platform, including new features and enhancements, to drive engagement and conversations.
- Promote and maintain the organization's brand image and awareness of new products and services to accounts.
- Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity.
- Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce for pipeline management, forecasting and cross-team collaborations.
- Be accountable for achieving personal and team sales quotas, tracking KPI’s and adjusting strategies to optimize results.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Customer Solutions, and Product to enhance the customer experience and refine sales strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve outbound sales effectiveness, optimize outreach strategies and drive revenue growth.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years relevant sales experience within software industry
- Previous experience as an Outbound Account Executive or in a similar capacity, building and managing a strong outbound sales pipeline
- Proven experience conducting engaging virtual software demonstrations to showcase product capabilities, address client needs, and optimize the demo experience for conversion
- Excellent communications skills – both in verbal and written correspondence
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, especially Salesforce
- Strong customer service orientation and client facing experience
- Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills
- Demonstrated success in a fast paced, quota driven environment
- Ability to conduct oneself professionally when interacting with internal and external members of the organization
- Comfortable conducting customer calls and/or communication of WellnessLiving products on weekend and/or evening time slots if required
