Night Shift, On-Site   

Location: Plot No:4, Road GLC-04, Business Park, IBECHS (Zone -IV), Gulberg Greens, Islamabad

Responsibilities:   

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, to orchestrate a seamless website-building process aligning with strategic objectives.  
  • Monitor and manage customer inquiries with a proactive approach, ensuring continuous and effective communication with customers. Explore strategies to minimize bottlenecks and maintain a smooth process flow. 
  • Actively identify areas for enhancement within department procedures. Contribute insightful findings, constructive feedback, and well-thought-out proposals for changes to the Reporting Manager, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. 
  • Engage with customers to clearly communicate requirements, articulate timelines, and set expectations for the Website. Prioritize customer satisfaction through transparent and proactive communication. 
  • Stay aware of current trends and best practices in the ever-evolving technical and creative landscape. Bring forward-thinking perspectives to the team, contributing to a dynamic and innovative work environment. 
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of SEO, WordPress, Elementor, and Google Analytics. Apply these skills strategically to elevate the performance and impact of the website, staying at the forefront of industry standards. 

Qualifications & Skills:  

  • Demonstrated track record with a minimum of 2-3 years in a dynamic Customer Success/Support role at a technology company, showcasing a solid foundation in delivering exceptional service. 
  • Possess outstanding client-facing and internal communication skills, with an innate ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely both in writing and verbally.  
  • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, underlining your ability to convey complex information with clarity and professionalism. 
  • Showcase excellent organizational skills, characterized by meticulous attention to detail and adept multitasking abilities, ensuring efficient handling of diverse tasks and responsibilities. 
  • Be a self-motivated individual capable of working independently while also thriving in collaborative team environments. Foster a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to achieving shared goals. 
  • Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems, reflecting your technological prowess and ability to leverage digital tools for enhanced productivity. 
  • Provide exceptional problem-solving skills coupled with a keen eye for detail, showcasing your ability to navigate challenges with analytical precision. 

Nice to Have: 

  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree in the relevant field of study or possess equivalent work experience, emphasizing a strong academic foundation or practical expertise in the field.
