About You:    
    

As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and high performance of our diverse product suite and associated product releases. Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding a team of skilled QA professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, and implementing robust quality assurance processes. By doing so, you will ensure the delivery of exceptional software solutions that meet and exceed the expectations of our valued customers.

Responsibilities:  

  

Lead and mentor a team of dedicated QA engineers, instilling a culture of quality consciousness and continuous improvement.  

Conduct comprehensive performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback and guidance to team members, promoting their professional development.  

Establish and enforce quality standards, methodologies, and best practices, ensuring adherence across all aspects of the QA process.  

Collaborate closely with product managers and development teams to ensure product requirements are not only well-defined but also highly testable.  

Spearhead the creation of meticulously detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts, aiming to comprehensively evaluate software functionality, performance, and security.  

Oversee the seamless execution of test plans and regression testing, ensuring that all critical test scenarios are covered.  

Identify and prioritize high-impact test scenarios, strategically minimizing risk and enhancing product reliability.  

Develop, manage, and continually refine automated test suites to facilitate effective regression testing.  

Vigilantly monitor and meticulously track defects, collaborating closely with development teams to facilitate the prompt resolution of identified issues.  

Collaborate synergistically with cross-functional teams to drive a culture of continuous improvement, consistently elevating the quality of our products.  

Uphold strict adherence to industry standards and regulations, ensuring our SaaS products consistently meet and exceed compliance requirements. 

 

  

  

Qualifications:  

  

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field (a Master's degree is preferred).  

Possess a proven and substantial background in software quality assurance, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership role, exemplifying exceptional leadership capabilities.  

Demonstrate a profound and well-rounded knowledge of various QA methodologies, tools, and processes, showcasing expertise in driving software quality.  

Display a working familiarity with test management software, including but not limited to TestRail, Cucumber.io and PHPStorm is considered an asset.  

Exhibit proficiency in implementing and leveraging test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium and Playwright. 

Showcase familiarity with agile and DevOps approaches and methodologies, highlighting the ability to adapt to dynamic development environments.  

Possess exceptional communication and leadership skills, emphasizing the capacity to effectively guide and inspire cross-functional teams toward quality-driven outcomes
