Responsibilities: 

  • Place outbound calls to prospective clients 
  • Participate in the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals 
  • Develop and maintain lasting relationships within assigned accounts; improve client utilization and product/service adoption rates. 
  • Thoroughly discuss customers’ needs and pain points, in order to sell WL software and demonstrate our value proposition. 
  • Promote and maintain the organization's brand image and awareness of new products and services to accounts 
  • Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity 
  • Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace 
  • Work with the company’s Zoho CRM to effectively manage and maintain all sales notes and customer interactions 
  • Draft and deliver proposals 
  • Become a champion of WL product through acquiring thorough knowledge of the product and the industry 
  • Work with other departments of the organization where required 
  • Be held accountable for personal and team sales goals, reporting on sales activities and KPI’s 
  • Provide feedback on ways to decrease the sales cycle, increase sales, and improve company brand and reputation 

Skills & Qualifications: 

  • 1-2 years relevant sales experience
  • Previous experience in a SDR/BDR role is an asset
  • Comfortable with following talk-tracks. We've perfected our approach to customer interaction and want our AEs to succeed
  • Strong customer service orientation and client facing experience 
  • Previous experience as an Account Executive or in a similar capacity completing full-cycle sales is an asset
  • Excellent communications skills – both in verbal and written correspondence 
  • Strong customer service orientation and client facing experience 
  • Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills 
  • Demonstrated success in a fast paced, quota driven environment 
  • Ability to conduct oneself professionally when interacting with internal and external members of the organization
