Position Overview: As the Senior Product Marketing Manager, you’ll be the subject matter expert on customer and market insights for your segment, leveraging your knowledge to build and drive its marketing strategy. In partnership with product, marketing, and sales, you’ll work to drive market and competitive awareness that will help WellnessLiving continually gain market share.

Responsibilities:

  • Become an Expert: Conduct consistent customer and market research, win/loss analyses, and interviews with internal stakeholders and customers alike, packaging and presenting key insights for various audiences. 
  • Build and Execute Go-To-Market Strategies: Reinforce WellnessLiving’s position as an innovator in the market, owning supporting messaging, positioning, segmentation, product launch activities, and competitive positioning. 
  • Serve as the Go-To for Marketing’s Cross-Functional Partners: Represent the entire Marketing organization as the Single Point Owner for this segment, delivering insights into marketing performance, key activities, and market trends. 
  • Speak the Language: Translate high-level market trends, WellnessLiving storylines, and product messaging into language and value that resonates with the audience. 
  • Enable Cross-Functional Partners: Empower our Sales, Business Development, and Services teams with engaging enablement content that helps them effectively communicate the differentiated value of WellnessLivingin the market. 
  • Be Product’s Most Valuable Partner: Join the product team in their endeavor to drive broader, deeper product adoption and accelerate customer time to value through various touch points, including email, in-app experiences, and targeted campaigns. 
  • Amplify Product Innovations and Enhancements: Lead ongoing communication with internal stakeholders, customers, and prospects about product updates, product launches, new use cases, etc.  

 

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration/Management, or related field.
  • 4+ years of SaaS or technology marketing experience, exposure to product marketing preferred. 
  • Relationship-driven individual with a desire to be a resource for cross-functional teams. 
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills. 
  • Ability to comfortably oversee multiple project work streams and scopes of responsibilities. 
  • Ability to develop insights and recommendations based on metrics and data. 
  • Highly motivated, resourceful problem-solver with the ability to lead and interact effectively with cross-functional teams. 
  • Curiosity, empathy, and authenticity are character traits that will be highly beneficial to the success of this role.
