About You:
We are seeking a creative and skilled Website Designer and Mobile App Designer to join our team and help us create beautiful and functional websites. The successful candidate will have experience designing websites on Figma software.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the development team, coordinators, leadership, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and design solutions that meet user needs and business goals.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that demonstrate user flows and interactions.
- Design web pages, user interfaces, and mobile screens that are engaging, intuitive, and responsive.
- Incorporate typography, color theory, and graphic design principles into designs to ensure a cohesive and visually appealing user experience.
- Work with development teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Continuously improve designs through user feedback and data analysis.
- Follow and maintain an internal website Style Guide for best design practices, and create and optimize visual elements, icons, and illustrations.
- Educate the team on the best design practices—periodic workshops/seminars.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Web Design, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in website design & mobile app design with a portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Proficient in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Sketch software.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS, web design principles, mobile design guidelines & design best practices,
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
