We are looking for a professional Office Assistant to plan, direct and coordinate all organization’s operations. You will be responsible for improving performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and processes. You will also be the intermediate between the company and all the other stakeholders (Suppliers, Bank, Public Administrations…)
Responsibilities
- Ensure that all workings are manufactured in a correct, cost-effective and timely manner in alignment with the specifications and quality requirements
- Improve operational systems, processes, and best practices that guarantee organizational well-being
- Purchase materials, plan payments and fees and ensure financial efficiency (Fees & Purchases Optimization, Debts Recovery…)
- Contribute towards the achievement of the company’s strategic and operational objectives
- Create & Examine financial data/statements and use them to improve profitability
- Deal with all the department's requests (purchases and paperwork)
- Communicate the company's culture clearly and ensure its respect by all the team members
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
- Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
Requirements
- Proven 3+ years experience as an Accountant or Administration Manager
- Adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Budget development and oversight experience
- Familiarity with business and financial principles and practices
- Working knowledge of budgets, forecasting, and metrics
- Office Automation skills (SAP, MS Office, etc.)
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and all the stakeholders
- Leadership and organizational skills
