The role
If you live and breathe e-commerce and digital marketing, we want you. We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee and manage an e-commerce project within Welovebuzz.
What you will do
- Manage day-to-day operations with the sales team
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Prepare reports on account status
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Analyze campaigns to report on visitor data and user experience
- Assist and oversee video shootings for clients
Ideal candidate
- 2+ years leadership and relevant experience in online media, technology or digital fields
- Deep understanding of E-commerce-related functions - Solid knowledge of Shopify
- Ability to apply structure/frameworks to unstructured problems
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, Shopify Analytics etc.)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords & Facebook campaigns
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that convert
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail
- Highly analytical and quantitative and used to making decisions based on data
- Works well under pressure and tight deadlines, can handle and delegate workload effectively
- Excellent interpersonal, public speaking and writing skills
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
