The Role

We’re seeking a results-oriented Business Development Manager to help us secure high-value work-for-hire contracts. This role is perfect for someone with strong industry connections, a deep understanding of the construction and manufacturing sectors, and a passion for innovative, tech-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UK and US construction and manufacturing markets

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow revenue and market share

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and industry influencers

• Collaborate with internal teams to shape solutions that meet client needs

• Represent West Pier Studio at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions

• Lead contract negotiations and secure new partnerships that support long-term growth

About You

• Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management within the construction, manufacturing, or tech sectors

• Well-established network of industry contacts

• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with confidence in presenting software-based solutions

• Self-motivated and able to manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing

• Enthusiastic about interactive technology and digital transformation in industrial environments
