Wanted: Landscaping Supervisor -  $300 Signing Bonus*

We are looking for a qualified Landscaping Crew Leader to manage our team and provide effective guidance. You will be responsible for supervising, managing, and motivating team members on a daily basis.

As a crew leader, you will be the contact point for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.

Ultimately, you should lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals.

Whalen Lawn and Landscaping is a full-service landscaping company serving Jackson Township, North Canton, Green, Canton, and surrounding areas.  We offer lawn maintenance as well as custom landscaping jobs such as installation of patios, waterfalls, and features, fire pits, and more.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a landscaping crew leader or supervisor
• Experience with Bobcat equipment
• Experience with commercial mowers
• Have valid drivers license with good driving record
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Decision-making skills
• Be able to lift 50lbs
• Be able to work in all weather conditions

Bonus

   *We are offering a $300 signing bonus after 90 days of employment with no write-ups or call offs. 

Salary will be based on experience, ranging from $15-$18.
