- Position: Consultant Urologist
- Conduct consultations with patients and perform thorough physical examinations.
- Diagnose and develop treatment plans for urological conditions, such as urinary tract infections, kidney stones, prostate problems, and urological cancers.
- Administer prescribed medications and perform surgical procedures, such as prostatectomies and bladder surgeries.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as urine and blood tests, ultrasounds, and CT scans.
- Communicate with patients and their family members to explain diagnoses, treatment plans, and potential side effects.
- Conduct follow-up appointments to monitor treatment progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in urological treatments and procedures, and incorporate new techniques and technologies into practice.
- Collaborate with other physicians and medical professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and reports.
Requirements:
- Medical degree from an accredited university.
- Valid medical license and certification in Urology.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Urology.
- Proven track record of successful urological treatments and procedures.
- Excellent bedside manner and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Proficient in using electronic medical records and other medical software.
- Willingness to continuously learn and improve skills and knowledge in the field of Urology.
