Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized orthodontic services to patients of all ages
- Diagnose and treat malocclusions and other orthodontic conditions
- Develop treatment plans and monitor progress throughout treatment
- Collaborate with other dental professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field and incorporate new techniques and technology into practice
- Educate patients and their families on proper oral hygiene and care during treatment
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Attend and participate in continuing education courses and seminars
- Adhere to all ethical and professional standards set by the governing bodies of the dental profession
Requirements:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Completion of an accredited orthodontics residency program
- Valid state dental license
- Board certification in orthodontics
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a specialized orthodontic practice
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successful treatment outcomes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
