The Workforce Housing Group is currently seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated individual for the full-time position of a Real Estate Processor. This role will play a pivotal role in the organization, enabling our team to provide high-quality housing solutions to our various clienteles, maintaining our status as a premier solution provider in the housing sector.
The selected candidate would be primarily responsible for processing and coordinating the various real estate housing projects. Moreover, this would be an excellent opportunity for individuals with excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for providing quality housing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capable of processing, reviewing, and organizing various new housing files
- Assist in closing transactions, manage contractual agreements, and handle all necessary paperwork neatly and efficiently
- Ensure effective communication with brokers, agents, and clients to gather all required documentation and process necessary financial transactions
- Regularly monitor, update, and maintain the housing application files and database
- Ability to work well with loan officers, clients, real estate agents, lenders, and the title company to orchestrate smooth and timely closings. Coordinate the ordering of title reports and related activities.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years of experience as a Real estate processor or related field
- Sound knowledge of real estate laws, procedures, and standards is mandatory
- A strong understanding of loan products, including conventional, FHA, VA and USDA
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must maintain participant confidentiality and adhere to all corporate rules and regulations
