Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, ambitious, and technically adept Growth Engineer to spearhead our growth initiatives. This role is an exciting opportunity in a fast-growing Generative AI start-up, reporting directly to the CEO and founder.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and qualify sales leads.
- Communicate effectively with leads and ensure their timely onboarding.
- Contribute to the development and execution of sales and marketing campaigns targeted at leads.
- Regularly provide market feedback to enhance business strategies.
- Run A/B split tests with Firebase and Webflow, and optimize these based on the results.
- Set up and optimize Firebase Analytics and Amplitude to understand user journeys and improve customer experience.
- Collaborate with our design team to create and set up engaging landing pages.
- Incorporate referral loops into our marketing and sales processes to enhance customer acquisition.
- Actively post online across multiple channels to increase targeted organic lead generation.
- Develop and implement strategies to rapidly increase our revenues.
- Automate processes across the business to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on growth engineering or marketing automation.
- Strong technical skills, including experience with A/B split testing, Firebase, Webflow, Firebase Analytics, and Amplitude.
- Proficiency in automating business processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with AI-powered solutions and video technologies will be advantageous.
