About the Role

We need an Influencer who loves socialising and is passionate about creating content that drives customer success. 

You will be responsible for:

·   Creating a buzz about new launches, being involved with customers and venues, learning what

    works and drives success

·   Contributing towards increasing client sales

·   Building relationships with venue staff, providing training and supporting new launches

·   Creating eye-catching, engaging and visually stimulating content including posters, social media

    posts (still imagery and video, across Instagram and TikTok), blogs and scheduling regular posts. 

    Being onsite to take photos and create storylines

·   Creating compelling customer success stories that highlight and amplify brand messaging

·   Getting close to our customers and understand what achieves results

·   Proposing and implementing new ideas for content creation and customer & brand success
 

About You

·   Bubbly, enthusiastic and ambitious socialite who understands how to connect with GenZ

·   Passionate about content development and being an influencer in the local market

·   You have excellent written and verbal communication skills

·   Excellent knowledge, experience and understanding of content creation channels and formats

·   Knowledge of data-driven customer success strategies

·   Ability to take initiative and be innovative and collaborate in a fast-paced environment

You may be a recent graduate or could be in your final year at University, alternatively not feeling fulfilled in your current role and looking for the excitement of a start-up where your creative spirit can run wild!
